Steven Gale (BSc, MMinEng, MAusIMM CP (Mining Geotech), RPEQ) is a qualified geologist and geotechnical engineer with broad experience across different commodities and ground conditions in Australia, Asia, North America and Africa. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer with AusIMM and Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
He currently specialises in open cut slope design for both metalliferous and coal mines providing geotechnical support for all aspects of geomechanics. These include prefeasibility/feasibility review, slope stability designs of pits and waste dumps, water management, compliance auditing, risk assessment and, safety and health management documentation development and review.
Founded with a background in Geology and experience in both open cut and underground operations, Steven is eager to develop and provide guidance on geological mapping, kinematic database review and UAV photogrammetry.

Will is the director and principal of Norrie Geotechnical Services (Norrie Geotechnical Services ), is a qualified geotechnical engineer holding the Chartered Professional Engineer with AusIMM and is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ). He specialises in open pit design and geomechanics, slope stability, mine waste dump design, mine monitoring, risk assessment, and governance; and has fieldwork, civil construction QA/QC experience and computer modelling expertise.
